- When adding population to ocean cells, it will automatically become a unique improvement instead of the original fishing boat.

- It may conflict with my other mod-[Great Wall(or other unique improvements)can buildt anywhere],So it's best not to start them at the same time.

- These unique improvements can still be built on land through normal methods.
