I have to give this three stars because it drains the treasury and sends you into debt during crises like the plague. If a city gets hit by a natural disaster, it repairs the city and takes gold away from something more important. I would prefer an option to leave the "Repair All" as something I choose rather than something that happens without approval.

This is an amazing mod. Could you possibly add a hotkey or button to make it a one-click repair? Sometimes I need to plan my gold usage and prefer not to repair buildings immediately.

So far so good. This game sure has a lot of floods and volcano. This mod saves a little time doing repetitive clicking.
