Avatar: The Last Airbender is an animated show on Nickelodeon. Unlike most Nick shows, this one is actually good, and has four different nations: the Air Nomads, the Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation, and the Water Tribe. This map has all four of these civilizations (even if the air nomads are pretty much extinct in the show).

This is simply a regular game of civ scenario with 4 different civs representing the four nations in the show:
India as the Air Nomads
China as the Earth Kingdom
Japan as the Fire Nation
Native Americans as the Water Tribes
There is also a barbarian city called Merchant's Pier and can almost count as a 5th civ if the barbs expand early.
Each nation consists of a leader from the show. They are:
Air Nomads: Senior Councilor Pasang
Earth Kingdom: Earth King Kuei
Fire Nation: Fire Lord Ozai
Water Tribes: Chief Arnook

The game so far isn't very balanced. The Water Tribe starts up in the north pole filled with Ice tiles (but I've placed many goody huts and many fish/whale resources up where they start). The Earth Kingdom pretty much has the biggest advantage as they start out in the eastern continent.
My old Avatar map was deleted from the servers awhile ago. So I've edited it since then and I'm re-uploading it as version 1.2. Please give all comments and criticisms in this thread:
