Baijen's Better Civ Biases 2025-11-07

Fixed the way Jose Rizal's biases were handled to restore Tonga from the base game. Gave this a more flavorful tooltip.

Removed Khmer from Himiko.

Fixed an oversight that meant Himiko's alternate would not pick Silla.

Added Republic of Pirates to Simon Bolivar.

Added Assyria and Qajar to Ibn Battuta, removed Aksum from Ibn Battuta (doesn't seem like he spent much time there, really, nor is it a big part of the Dar al-Islam, which is his thing.

Updated October 7th to (mainly) better use the new Silla civilization.

Genghis Khan now has biases for Silla, Han, and Qing.

Himiko is heavily weighted for Silla.

Confucius is lightly weighted for Silla.

No major changes, but this version should no longer crash for players without all the DLC activated. Also modified some of the text. Brings this into sync with the version on Steam workshop.

- Added Carthage.

New version of the mod with several updates. Should work with or without the DLC as it does not touch anything added by it.

- Removed Hawai'i
- Added Majapahit

Friedrich:
- Added Greece

Himiko:
- Removed my addition of Maurya (Buddhism connection too much of a stretch)

Ibn Battuta:
- Added Egypt
- Added Maurya (Lowly Weighted)
- Added Mongolia

José Rizal:
- Added America (Lowly weighted)

Machiavelli:
- Added Prussia

Napoleon:
- Removed Persia
- Added Egypt

Thanks to @Cumunist for several of these suggestions, especially for Ibn Battuta. I'd never read extensively about his travels until you pointed out how many of the civs he'd been to.
