With the Templo Mayor Wonder you don't suffer hurry anger in your cities.
It also generates some happiness in the owner city if you sacrifice population to finish production in any of your cities (half of the anger time you would get for the hurry will become a happy bonus for the Templo Mayor city - see pic).
