Washington and Roosevelt got split up and now isolated. Roosevelt is doing fine, but Washington is stranded on an island after being conquered by the Spanish and the Barbarian tribe. Fredrick is to the South, maybe they can help each other.

You got plenty of tribal villages, but most of them are behind a mountain. The only way you can get revenge to the Spanish is by teaming up with the Americans in the North and sailing to the mainland.
Roosevelt is in the best shape there could be. No barbarians are there to disturb you, about to settle your next city, just fantastic.
