Here's a Large Caribbean Map for BTS. There are 9 playable CIVS: Aztec, Inca, English, Spanish, Dutch, French, Portugese, American and Pirates (Vikings).
The turns are played by months and it runs from 1500-1700 (2400 turns). I left out the following resources to make things somewhat realistic: aluminum, oil, coal and uranium. There are no horses in Central/South America, but plenty on the islands and Florida tip.
The Pirates start off on their own island in the far northeast corner of the map. They get a few perks compared to the other European Civs. America starts in the Florida tip, France on Haiti, Dutch on Aruba, Portugese in the Antilles, English are on Trinidad, Spanish are on Puerto Rico, Aztec in the Yucatan and Incas are at the Panama Canal.
