Civilopedia navigation arrows and buttons from my 2021 EXPANSION mod.
To navigate the Civilopedia more intuitively. Active arrows and buttons are blue, inactive ones blend with the background.
In the original game, active arrows and buttons are an anonymous beige or white, and the arrows that you can't use stand out from the background in a blue color. Which is counter-intuitive, in my opinion.
