1.2 - Show in construction wonders if Wonders Screen mod is installed

If my Wonders Screen mod is installed (version 1.5+ required) uses its data model to show wonders currently under construction. Uses visibility options form the Wonders Screen mod, defaults to only showing constructing wonders that are visible on the map to you.
