I took a vacation to Virginia recently and decided I wanted to see how doable a CSA civ could actually be.
There aren't as many graphics as America, especially since I didn't want too much American units for Dixie as well. They follow a similar artstyle progression to America, starting with Native Americans (Cherokee in this case) before switching to Confederate units.

Leader: Jefferson Davis (Philosophical/Protective)
UU: Sharpshooter (replaces the Grenadier, starts with Pinch)
UB: Cotton Exchange (replaces the Customs House, can be built on Riverside or Water cities, +1 commerce on Riverside and Water tiles, only +25% foreign trade yield instead of +100%)
