Khorvaire Map WL 2016-10-05

Here is a map based off of the D&D campaign Eberron. It focuses on the main continent of Khorvaire. There are 14 playable Civs: India, England, Vikings, Japanese, Persian, Greek, Celtic, American, Arabia, Ottoman, Spain, Incan, Zulu and Carthaginians.

The only editing done to the civs was making sure each civ had (3) starting techs.
