Hi! I made a post a couple days back mentioning I was working on this, well here it is! I believe it works fairly well and I've tested it with most mods on this site. The only issues I know of at the time of posting this is that some mods have broken .modinfo files which I use for information so those mods will be missing the extra info. If you find any issues or want me to add any features lmk! I play on working on this for a while at least I'm really enjoying the game and wanted this tool to help me with my modding experience. The only reason I plan on stop dev is if another major mod manager implements all the features I have.
