This is the Soviet Navy's first attempt at naval aviation, the Moskva class helicopter carrier. It was the Soviet's response to the USN's Polaris ballastic missile submarines. I intended to use this to carry helos in Civ3. Mark this with carry aircraft and carry tactical missile flags. Mark a helo unit with the tactical missile flag and give it a bombard. Also, give the helo very low defense and attack, and see invisible flag. I have had some success with the Civ3 AI actually using it against my subs.
