I have graphically modified the natural_gas_LG.pcx file from version 1.0. for version 1.1

I created the natural gas 1.00 strategic resource back in 2010.

Natural gas file history for civilization III resources:
I searched a bit back, found the original file from which I created natural_gas_SM.pcx back in 2010. At that time, I was still a beginner in the field of file creation, so it was difficult for me to solve it. so that the gas cylinder appears in front of the original civIII background on the large file. Now in 2023, the new version of natural_gas_LG.pcx was completed, which can be inserted into the game in a more demanding way than its predecessor.
