Special Trait: Secrets of Harmony: -20% Unhappiness from number of Citizens
UB: Recruiting office: Replaces Stable. Provides +1 Horses in addition to Stable effects, and doesn't need nearby horses to build. (Component that lets buildings produce resources made by Whys. If you buy the building you need to wait a turn to get the +1 Horses.)
UU: Wonderbolt: Replaces Fighter. Uses Horse instead of Oil.
