Speed Mod 2016-10-05

Adds two gamespeeds, Marathon 2 and Epic 2, which are identical to their normal counterparts but have the same build speeds for units and buildings as Normal speed.

Unzip the Module to BeyondtheSword/Assets so that the file directory is

BeyondtheSword/Assets/Modules/Speed Mod

Also remember to enable modular XML loading in BeyondtheSword/_Civ4Config (Ctrl-F Modular).
