a miillion years ago, when bunnies were sentinent, magic animated gumball machines and the tellytubbies ruled as gods ... i made a really, really stupid fantasy mod. it was fun, but took a lot of management ... and wasn't as fun as my straight civ4 game that has been modded into asininity. today i remembered the blue-skinned lord of the squashies (or whatever) and thought ... i bet some nerd will use it. based on an old shaka leaderhead by aranor
