Turmoil 2: Rebellion
The Turmoil series based around a world where some civilizations are just starting, some are more mature, and some have yet to come.
In Turmoil: The Start, civilizations are just spreading their wings and just entering the classical era. A few civilizations just starting may have to deal with The Empire. The Empire is spreading into this region of the world, claiming every bit of land they see fit. With the monetary support of the rest of the empire, and a technological 1-UP, it will be a hard opponent to overcome, if not impossible.
Included is a read-me explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each playable civilization (one non-playable)
Sepia Strategic View not included
Personal Achievements:
-Win as any civilization besides The Empire
-Lose as The Empire
-Own more than 8 stable cities (un-happiness does not exceed 5) as any nation besides The Empire
-Conquer all cities of another playable civilization
-Conquer a starting city of The Empire
-Ally all city-states (impossible as The Empire)
