This mod is an awesome idea but my friends and I had to turn it off due to how much of the screen it takes up, especially with a full lobby. We did have some suggestions that could fix that, if you're interested.
1. Move it fully to the right side, not sure why Firaxis left that space. (Edit, it's because the notifications on the bottom right can expand all the way to the top bar lol, maybe the gap needs to stay. Alternatively the upward expansion of the notifications could be capped up to where the diplo displays are, with a que system to show more as you click them off, making the next ones show?)
2. Shrink the size slightly, even if each characters box was 5% smaller, it would really add up over several players. It would open up a lot of the screen while still giving you the info you want at a glance.
3. Keep all of the "per turn" resources ALWAYS visible. Then give it the original "hover to expand" functionality for the "total" resources under the divider. The "totals" tend not to be statistics you need to peek at once per turn to see how you're doing. Generally, for example, you only want to know their total influence situationally such as wanting to send a diplomatic deal. Same can be said about the other "total" stats.
4. Find a way to incorporate the flag and/or colors into the each characters box. That way you can quickly identify which territories go to the corresponding leader.
I think these 4 little tweaks would make this mod the best of both worlds and needed by everyone. Great work on it and thanks for your effort to the community!
Otherwise, for the design - honestly, I mostly made it for me as I don't like the original banners, so it's quite opinionated (more compact, always on, with specific data showing).
