I'm playing as England on Historical Earth, on King level. I have attained the Nationalism Civic, but I can't form corps with my Redcoats or a fleet with my Sea Dogs or Caravels. Is this a bug? I didn't have this problem in my last game as Russia on random map, Prince level.

I know a lot of you disagree with this, but me and my friends only like the domination victory part of the game. The problem is, whenever I disable all victories except for Domination, the AI can still get victories in other fields. Does anyone know why that's possible?

Hello. When im playing Civ V i get black borders around my mini map,also when i play the game they are grey tiles that i cant go on and they are very close to my starter location A screenshot best describes it....Any help?
