    Canadian Federal Election coming on September 20.

    And what I want to know is WHY??? :gripe: We just had one two years ago. And while I think it would be amusing as hell if Jody Wilson-Raybould were defeated one month shy of the six years she'd need to get her extremely generous MP's pension, that's not enough to make up for the aggravation...

    [RD] Canadian federal election 2019: Voting day is October 21.

    The writ was actually dropped on September 11, which made some of the right-wing posters in CBC.ca's comment sections start fuming about how rude it was of Justin Trudeau to call an election that day - didn't he have any consideration for the Americans? As I said in reply, I'm fairly certain...
