[1.0.0.129] Unit does not appear in auto-cycling

When I use a warrior for exploration, then the warrior does not appear in the "Unit needs orders"-queue if all tiles adjacent to the warrior need 3 movement-points to enter (Jungle hills). This leads to me accidentally skipping turns for this warrior.
