I recently started playing again and have noticed 2 bugs. The worst is the late game crash that makes my computer reboot itself. In two separate games playing two different civs (Japan and Nubia) I was going along great and most of the way through the Modern Era my game suddenly crashed. Both times it happened somewhere around turn 350, just as I'm getting things like Flight and just past Conservation. Without warning, my screen goes all white and pink static and then my computer crashes and restarts. When I try to resume game, I get the same result. When I Googled the issue, I ran across a suggestion to turn off Nvidia GeForce Experience. I have not tried that yet as I wanted to check here for possible answers.

The adviser bug is just annoying but not critical. When I resume my current game after being offline, the adviser starts popping up and repeats the advice she has already given me. I always save my game before logging off for the night, but then just use the Resume Game button when I start playing again. The bug occurs every time I log back into the game. I finally looked in Options and turned her off.

I noticed the AIs trading was tweaked, but I think it needs just a bit more. They keep asking for trades that they won't accept (which I find kind of silly and just laugh at them)! I finally figured out to click "make trade more equitable" (or something like that), and they will then typically offer me less than before for the same deal (usually 2 or 3 items). It would be nice if I could add or remove items. Being able to change the amount of gold offered is fine, but I'm not able to take it off the table entirely.
