[GS] [1.0.0.290-1.0.0.317] Barbarians do not spawn raiding parties anymore [FIXED for next update]

Several people have mentioned that they have not seen any raiding party since GS launched, even if scouts have seen their cities and managed to go back to their camps. I also do not recall any such event since GS.

This is playing IMM/DEI in my case, all standard.

Yes, I can confirm, in my last few GS games mostly just a single barbarian spawned beyond the one in the camp, and that single one didn’t even go on raid. I couldn’t decide though that this is a bug or a feature in the sense that barbarians now have simplified role like goody huts for era score and not meant to be a threat.
