I had a game where I declared war on Spain, and the next turn asked for Australia and Brazil to "join ongoing war". Brazil was unhappy with me and Australia doesn't like warmongers. Well I pressed "make this deal more equitable for you" and they both asked for lump sum 1 gold and were glad to declare war on Spain. After they both joined my ongoing war i checked the heart-icon and it said +10 Favourable deals made for them.
I have a strong feeling that this is an exploit and the AI somehow doesn't value the "join ongoing war" option correctly. I don't have a save now but this should be quite easy to verify. Thanks.
