This bug is from a friend of mine, therefore I cannot upload any files or pictures.Feel sorry for that .
So after occupying a city ,civs like Arbia (which has unique buliding)can turn the corresponding builiding into its own brand new UB,even it is pillaged.
It is not that balenced for other civs .
