What is strange about China's Palace? Please be more specific about what you see is wrong.

China in medieval time has European style palace, it used to have Asian style palace, just looked like Japan's palace. this bug happened after I used the winter update patch.

After Winter patch some of the cities are bugged too. For example: ancient german city, same palace as the first picture in this thread but with arabic houses...

I just requested that the thread title be changed by prepending [1.0.0.56], so it is clear that this bug exists in the new winter patch.

It seems likely that changing XML values might fix display issues like this. Most likely a mod could do it better, if someone wanted to write one. However, these are issues that the developers should really fix in a new patch.

Yeah, I found this issue playing the Chinese as well. Also my neighbour Russia's cities had African style buildings and the city state Auckland had Asian style buildings, I think the building styles code is bugged out somehow.

Sorry to necro but does this still exist for people? I've been having this issue for a long time now but always thought it was a mod. I was just going through all my mods one by one to find out, but even with all mods off it still happens. I get the African style palace and buildings for Rome, Greece, Aztec, and more (I haven't tested them all). Others, like Germany for example, are fine. It's very strange and very annoying. Did anyone find a solution?
