[1.0.0.62] - cannot enter MODS menu in game

Hi

Using the latest patch, version 1.0.0.62, I can't enter the mods menu.

I read a lot of other threads concerning problems enabling mods but none seem to relate to people who can't enter the menu


I tried deleting the cache folder C:\<username>\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache\ without any luck.

Really, really, really hoping for a solution here as the game so far has seemed without flavour to me...
