Its stays at 15% instead of 10% on the display panel where it went from 33% to 20% last patch. Don't know if its a display bug or its not working at all.
I don't have anytime to check though can someone confirm this?
Also the Patronage finisher isn't working at the listed 33%. It more than doubles neutral/friendly CS, making hostiles better!
