[NFP] [1.0.9.9] God Of War Breaks Genghis Khan

The God of War pantheon prevents Genghis Khan from capturing cavalry. He does get the faith from kills from the pantheon instead (but no capture).

I'm including a game save of Genghis God of War to test this.
