In this game, I captured some Russian cities with Holy Sites. Russia founded Protestantism, and picked Missionary Zeal for their Enhancer Belief. However, if I buy a Protestant missionary, say in Solikamsk, then move it west over hills, it clearly does not have Missionary Zeal.
I'm pretty sure the Enhancer Belief "Holy Order" applies to other than the founder, so I expected Missionary Zeal to do so.
(Also, I previously posted that Kongo did not inherit Missionary Zeal.)
