1.25: TXT_VARIABLE_NAME in various places

I had CIV DVD (EUR) + Patch 1.09.
I downloaded a file civ4_update_v152 (47.045.435 bytes) somewhere and installed it.

Now I have missing text labels in various places in the game. Instead of the actual text message I get what looks like a variable name like TXT_KEY_OPTIONS_SCREEN_OTHER

What went wrong?

I had the same problem with post patch v1.52.

Corrected XML file by 'SimCutie' fixed it for me

This is corrected XML file.
I replaced all the non-ascii ISO-8859-1 characters to HTML numeric entity.
(with simple python script, not by manual edit)
Here it is... It will stop all XML error in Asian windows OS..
Unzip the attached file and put CIV4GameText_Misc1.xml to
"~My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 4/CustomAssets/xml/text
