1.61 frigate sailing through coastal desert tile

Playing 1.61 a frigate sailed through desert coastal tiles (three).

was this a graphical error or a real (gameplay) error ?

The AI frigate was patrolling along my coasts and it suddenly sailed back and forth through three coastal desert tiles. I'm not sure what type of an error it was but I never saw it do it again,in fact it's the first time I saw it.

It was a huge terra world on noble difficulty. The game showed no other problems.

I've had this happen at least once with ever version (except 1.61, since I just downloaded it yesterday) since release. I was hoping it was fixed in this version...guess not. Still kinda funny to watch, though
