Have had 2 complete lockups. During first game after about 20 turns, computer completely locked up, no mouse no keyboard, nothing. Hard reset. After boot, checked game files, restarted, played some more, saves, and no problems.
Next day, after Nvidia driver update, playing along, Harald the Viking declares war, and band, complete lockup. Hard reset, had to fix windows 10 startup, and back to game. Revalidated game files, all ok.
After both restarts, upon opening steam, greeted by a steam update. Weird. No problems, loading, setting up or starting game.
My system is: Win 10 Pro, running on a i5 4690 @ 4.00 gHz. 2400 gHz ram 16 mbs, GTX 970. Games runs fine then bam.
Checked the event log, showed an error in wimprsve.exe. Error check returned nothing of use.
