2 questions about 1.21f patch

I have 2 questions about new patch:

1.) Do I have to install 1.16f and 1.17f patches now when I have installed 1.21f?

2.) Do 1.21f apply changes to save game file which is saved before I installed 1.21f patch?

the 1.21 patch on its own is all you need. The game consists of files stored in your Civ folder. A new patch gives you new versions of some of those files. They include files changed in previous patches so you just install the latest patch only and forget about the 1.16 and 1.17 patches. That is why the patches get bigger all the time..this one is 8.8 Mb

2.

Some people on the threads here have reported minor glitches with scrolling when use the new patched version on old saved games. But I reckon you'll prob be able to do it OK

3.

Go for it. 1.21 is good
