I was going to post the CFC Premier League table in here, but then realised I didn't know how to format it...anybody else up for it?


Not looking forward to game week 2 too much...not with Carragher, Bellamy and Henry all sitting on my bench.

I joined the yahoo league, but it didn't count my 94 week 1 points. Guess I'll just have to top 100 this week.

I am now only 3 points off the league lead. Had I had as good weeks with one and three, then I would easily be in the lead. My first week was 58, then 24 and now 57. Had I got around th 50s, I would have a massive lead. I am glad that my three Chelsea teammates did well, with two of them scoring. Also I have one person still to play, so who knows what will happen then.

How much is your team worth now? Mine is only 99.7

I am now on top. It was excellent that Drogba was my captain.

Ouch, I only got 26 points this time around and 16 of them were from my Captain Saha. I basically lost out by having three Chelsea players on my team, but I will be rewarded latter on when they play their extra match. I also have 8 players not play this round.

This week is the introduction of of the Fantasy Cup.

How Fantasy Cup Works

Each Fantasy Premier League team entered before Gameweek 18 will be randomly drawn against another in the first round. The winner (the team with the highest score in the Gameweek), will progress to the second round and another random draw, the losers are out! This process continues until the final Gameweek when the two remaining teams contest the FPL Fantasy Cup final.

If a cup match is drawn, then the following tie-breaks will be applied until a winner is found:

1. Most goals scored in the Gameweek
2. Fewest goals conceded in the Gameweek
3. Virtual coin toss

Any transfer points deductions won't be applied to your cup score

I am facing some team called Kunta Kinte F.C. Right now he is leading in this tie, but I still have my big guns still to play. I still have Drogba, Saha, Lampard, Terry, Ferdinand and Van der Sar to play, so I should easily win this tie. We should post how we are going in the cup competition.

Wow i dropped 3 places this week, Barton and Matthew Taylor were my only signifigant points getters, everyone else got 2 or 0.

Well I am out of the Fantasy Cup becaus I choose my wrong Captain. Had I either Gone for Bentley, Drogba or Lampard and I would have won. Oh Well. IT was a shame that ManU lost, which really did bad for my team, since Saha Did not score.

Thankfully for me the cup competition only starts in the next round. That is a relief.

How did everyone go with the Cup competition? So far it seems that I will be safely through to the third round, even with my measely score.
