Well, it finally arrived in my mailbox 10 minutes ago.... The save was called "PSV Winterkampioen" and the #1 city under F11 was the French city of "Doffe Ellende"

Dont fear it will start again. DDPP 1 has shifted back in to gear 2 days ago and is doing a turn a day again.
