Pondering Wearing A Hat
Hey all, I wanted to play some LAN with my little brother this evening, so went to Multiplayer->Lan Games, and it said that I hadn't downloaded the 3.19 patch. "Okay, I'll download it." Went ahead and did it, game said that it needed to close to install. Okay. It closed. Waited a bit. Restarted BtS. Went back to LAN, said that I hadn't downloaded the 3.19 patch.
?!
"Okay." I go to Advanced->Check for Updates. Says that 3.19 is available, and I download it again! It completes, closes. I think, "Hmm, I'll reboot my computer, just to see." Again, it needs the patch. So, I went to the CFC patch page (the one uploaded by Thunderfall; this one), but it seems that there are issues with it.
So, is it actually downloaded, and just not appearing? Or is there some other issue?
I'm using Windows 7, with a Dell Inspiron 15R (brand new, got it a few days ago). Internet connection is totally fine, wouldn't have been "downloaded" if it was an issue.
So, thoughts?
