[3.2.4] Is Rome supposed to start with a Trireme?

I've played Rome twice now with 3.2.4 and each time I found my capital I instantly get a Trireme (both times I have been on a coast). Is this supposed to happen? I didn't see any mention of it in the patch notes.

So maybe that was added already? And you start with one too? I mean it's awefully nice to have to explore early, but almost seems overpowerful.
