3D Texture Problems

Heyo,

Danmasch went missing and DJSHenninger stopped doing civ4-civ5 conversions (at least for now), which I guess leaves me to figure it out. Using a mixture of Ekmek's and danrell's Civ4 city improvement -> Civ5 tile improvement tutorials, I've been trying to convert this model, with some degree of success.

My main problem is with the texture; the Qumran model comes with two textures, which isn't accounted for in danrell's tutorial. Using Blender to merge both somehow results in the game using one of the two source textures, and simply giving the .gr2 two BuildingShaders - one for each source texture - results in pretty much the same thing. I might merge them manually in GIMP, but it's not exactly clear where - and if - one should be overlaid on top of the other, etc.

I'm attaching 1) my working files, and 2) a generic improvement test mod (full of placeholder art and text). To be clear, I'm not asking anyone to fix either one, but I am hoping someone can point out what mistake(s) I made and how to remedy it (them).

(And also I don't know how to make under-construction or pillaged graphics, but one thing at a time)
