6200

What version of the nvidia drivers are you running?

I have seen various problems related to video choppiness and driver versions.

The card you have is good, you just need to find the right driver. ;)

i think the most recent drivers.

you should get a huge performance increase from a 5200 to a 6200. the 6200 is pretty decent medium-high end card.

go for GF6600 if you can..it is 2x faster.

Really no point of vasting $ on 6200 if you want to play 3D games. Every penny wasted.

It's choppy
What video settings are you using? I have a PCI 128MB MX 4000, and with everything set to low the graphics don't stutter. Though with a 6200 you should be able to play everything on medium. I would say it's worth the $34.

I have them on high but I have tried all of the settings. I am going to buy a 6600 though so i don't need any mor help.

I'm using 1024 x 768 with high graphics.

I stick to Large or smaller maps, just cuz in the end I will start to bog my computer down.

When I go into "SG" mode, I turn down the graphics to low, just for my own sanity. It takes forever for my computer to update everything, at that point anyways. LMAO

How deos the Radeon x700 work?

I'm sorry, but the 6200 isn't a 'decent medium-high end card.' Any cursory look at PC hardware sites will tell you that the 6200 was introduced as a low-end card and that the "Turbo-Cache" version of this card is generally poorly regarded.

Before buying any expensive computer parts you should read several reviews from several different websites. You may not understand the technical information presented but you will understand comments like, Obviously, if you're serious about games at all, the GeForce 6200 isn't for you. and The card by far is not powerful enough to play modern games at decent framerates, even in a low resolution.
