      I would PayPal you $15 if you're willing to help me. I saw an old post of yours about how to eliminate global warming from Civ IV BTS. I can get to the XML file but that's the extent of my ability. Would you be willing to write it out step by step like you were explaining it to a literal child? Also, if there are any other quick and easy things I could do to improve gameplay that would be great.
