erm..... i'm pretty much new at dis... and i juz need to know how to avoid any serious war from England and Russia and my civilisation is dead broke coz i entered Republic reaaaaaaaal early...
so i've nothing left to offer nobody and juz building up my military on negative economy... so should i attack or should i remain tame?
