A CIV VII complex approach - Alphabetism and Science association with other than Libraries

A new tech could be oral language, then, with writing, civs
could get Alphabetism percentage, which is not Science...
Something more similar to Civ IV-V Happyness perhaps.
But wilder ramifications.
Also, science could be de-coupled from libraries and universities with Alphabetism,
and shift towards industry, or medicine, botanic, acquaponic... mores specific tech branches...

CIV VII could get the trend of semplification completely inverted, to stem from the sand of time again....

Oral language is a cultural products of the human hability to speak, not a tech. It is also really old making it awful to research it, as would be to research a proper tech like the use of Fire.

CIV7 could be more complex but there are better ways to do it.
