We have abundant gold so therefore we have the means to rush culturally significant buildings in the hope that we can flip HB. Who knows, we might be able to flip Lahore also. That is the Chinese city just below.

This is just a citizen starting up discussion for this purpose.

Is anyone up for this?

Hmm, thus would involve a discusson about creating a settler and discussion on where to plop the settler.

It's probably too late into the game to make any difference within 8 turns... We could rush culture in those cities, though.

This would be a good challenge but it would take building a new city 2SE and a minimum of 5 turns of waiting, just to get a high enough percentage that flipping is a real possibility. Might be a cool idea for continuing the game privately after the DG finishes, by not holding votes.

We took those cities for a reason. Now the beauracracy doesn't remember what to do with them. Selective amnesia. I've got an idea. Why don't we all get a shovel and dig a hole so we can then fill it back up.

Extract our people and then decide if you're going to gift them or lose them.
