a pantheon that gives yields when clearing a feature

"features" being forest, jungle, marsh
(technically there are other things that count as features, like oases, but they can only be removed by settling a city on them)

This was suggested in passing in another thread somewhere and then forgotten, but I thought it was a really good idea. It would give a nice option to people who hate jungle starts when they end up starting in a jungle. Get nice benefits for mowing it all down.

But what exactly should it look like?

Increased worker speed when clearing a feature (would this be difficult to implement?)
the rate could probably safely be something big like +50% since it doesn't apply to other tile improvements

and then not sure which yields would be best

and then would probably also need some other more constant bonus so that it does something once there's nothing left to clear.
or maybe not? have it encourage you to send your workers into enemy territory and chop their forests
