Is there a way to limit the number of wonders in a settlement?

I'm iffy on this, on one hand, I hate when the AI builds more then a couple of wonders (per era) in a single city and have always loved mods that put limits on it in the previous games. This time it's tricky, because not every settlement is a city and so with the share number of wonders in the game, with 10 civs across the largest map, if you limited it to 2 per city (per age), most of the wonders would never be built unless the player or the AI maps a lot of their settlements into cities. One thing that could work is allow wonders to be built in towns. Limit towns to 1 wonder each (per age) and 2 or 3 (per age) for a city.

Yeah, I'm far away from suggesting it should be something implemented for the game. It's a "me" thing as I dislike cities looking like Las Vegas XD

The first thing that comes to mind is giving all wonders a mauls to building wonders in a city. I would not limit the number but maybe keep the number down. I don't know how the AI would react to that.

I can't think of a graceful way to limit it via the database,l off the top of my head, but you could probably modify the production panel to check how many wonders are present and if too many are simply do not make any other wonders available for building.

Yeah, I couldn't see a way to check for a "not" requirement. The main thing was for the AI, though, I can hold myself to some limits. Thanks for the suggestion anyway =)
