Ok, here is , if i'm not mistaken, first japan aircraft that was submitted on this forum. And it is A6M Zero light-weight fighter.
The model is pretty simple, so the textures are. I dont think this unit will be in big demand, since it can be used mainly in highly specific WWII mods, in fact it was made specially fo PSYX's mod.
I made two skin - a white version, that was more common then, and a green one.

P.S. How to add new units guide

P.S.S. Just uploaded new skin for MiG-25, a dark green camo, check it out if you're interested

Great Model as always! I'm glad to get the first reply on this one.

Another plane I've wanted for some time. Don't sell it short, Nautil, I'm adding this to my regular game as a Japanese UU (a bit cheaper than the regular fighter, since Zeroes were rather lightweight).

The texture could also offer reskins to include civ unique icons in place of the red sun...

Great Model! Thanks!!!

OK, which file replaces which?
The Zip has five files:
a6mskin1.dds
a6mskin2.dds
a6mwhite.nif
fighter_256.dds
fighter_gloss_256.dds.

I can figure out the last two since there are already those files in the fighter folder. Does the a6mwhite.nif replace fighter_fx.nif? What about the other two files?

You may rename " a6mwhite.nif " to "fighter.nif" , create new folder "fighter" in Custom Assets/art/units and put al files from zip archive there.
Or you may want to create new unit type, for more info on this check this guide

leave it as it

Hi, Nautil. Very nice model. In Nif viewer even more nice, but in game I see only as red circle. Know you, where error, please?

I used the A6M zip in the first post - worked fine for me - check your Art/Units.XML file for errors where you added it.
