Thou hast no Cu, again...
Ok, I'm stumped. I'm playing a game as Elizabeth, mostly for the purpose of unlocking achievements. During this game, I successfully unlocked Junta for Red October and Ruler of the Seas. Since I've unlocked two items during this game, I was assuming that the game was being played unmodded, which is what I expect, since I am not using any mods, nor do I have the console enabled.
I won the game. I did not get the achievement for winning as Elizabeth, nor for a large map, nor the Archipelago map achievement. At first I thought it was because I took the last enemy capital with a privateer, so I reloaded my victory save (the one which is attached), and instead of taking the capital with the privateer, I waited until I could get a caravel into position. Still no luck.
So, I made a completely new game, large archipelago with just me and attilla, no other civs, no city states. Beelined SotLs, and sailed over with a fleet of about 6, plus a priv, plus a pike plus a longbow. Taking the city with the privateer did not unlock anything, neither did a reload and taking the city with either the longbow or the pike. I'm stumped. That save is not attached.
