Acquired passed-over Great Person

I passed over a GM. My points continued to build while England slowly earned enough. Before they could, I earned Alfred Nobel, the scientist who awards 20 GP points upon activation. That immediately earned me the passed over GM plus the next one. The bug might be that award/activation not checking to see the Great Person was already passed over.

It was a big mistake to pass over the guy in any case, and this bug/feature helped me overcome that mistake.
